We take responsibility for the whole process involving the creation of new leases, renegotiations, acquisitions and/or sale and leaseback of commercial property. These processes are both time- and resource consuming involving, among other, requirement specifications, property search and contract negotiations.

The advisors at Moment Eiendom are among the most experienced on the market within tenant advisory services and have completed over 200 projects.

We do not assist landlords with letting, and are thus an independent advisor with identical objectives as our clients.

    Moment Eiendom has had a framework agreement with Aibel AS since 2011.

    We have effected short-term leases of project offices, co-located sites, initiated new construction and assisted with cost optimisation in Stavanger, Bergen, Haugesund, Asker, Stjørdal, Trondheim and Harstad. Projects include establishment of a 17.000 sqm new building in Bergen, an approx. 5.000 sqm new office building in Stjørdal and two projects involving 3-4.000 sqm offices in Stavanger.

    AIM Norway is a leading provider of mainten-
    ance, repair and modification services for aircraft and helicopters, as well as components and field equipment to the Norwegian Armed Forces and other military and civilian organizations.
    AIM Norway is the sole supplier of maintenance and modification services for F-16 and Sea King helicopters to the Armed Forces.

    Moment Eiendom advised AIM Norway on the sale and lease-back of the company's property at Kjeller, north of Oslo, consisting of ca. 26.000 sqm buildings and ca. 91 acres of land.

    Celsa Steel Service is Norway’s largest supplier of steel reinforcing bars, with the country’s largest processing factory of reinforcement products based in Oslo. The company is owned by Spanish Celsa Group with headquarters in Barcelona. Celsa Group is a European leader in reinforcement products.

    Moment Eiendom advised Celsa Steel Service in contracting new production facilities (new builds) in Bergen and Ålesund.

    HELP Forsikring offers legal aid policies in key jurisdictions in Norway, Sweden and Denmark. The company's more than 100 lawyers are part of major legal academic groups in Scandinavia. Since 2013 HELP Forsikring is owned by the German insurance company ARAG, which specializes in legal services by insurance in
    16 countries.

    Moment Eiendom advised HELP Forsikring in contracting its new headquarters of
    ca. 5.000 sqm at Majorstuen in Oslo.

    Kristian Gerhard Jebsen Skipsrederi (KGJS) is a major international shipping company and part of the Kristian Gerhard Jebsen Group.

    Moment Eiendom advised KGJS in contracting its new headquarters of ca. 3.000 sqm in the city center of Bergen.

    Kirkens Bymisjon is a non-profit organization working in over 20 cities in Norway among people who are struggling with life in different ways.

    Moment Eiendom advised Kirkens Bymisjon with the acquisition of a residential property at Trondheimsveien in Oslo.

    Kolonial.no is the largest online grocery store in Norway. They offer a wide range of groceries and dinner menus, either delivered to your home or a pick-up point. In cooperation with Rema 1000 prices are kept low, and through partners such as Strøm-Larsen and Godt Brød, they offer an exciting, local selection.

    Moment Eiendom advised Kolonial.no in contracting a new main warehouse of ca. 13.000 sqm in Oslo.

    Loomis offers a wide range of integrated solutions for cash handling. The services are mainly directed at banks, retail chains, independent stores, and other commercial businesses, providing customers with a safe and efficient handling of all physical cash flow in their business.

    Moment Eiendom advised Loomis in contracting new headquarters and cash handling central of ca. 7.000 sqm in Oslo.

    Moment Eiendom advised Making Waves in contracting its new headquarters of ca. 4.000 sqm in Oslo.

    Norsk Gjenvinning is Norway's biggest supplier of recycling and environmental services, and is the industry player with the greatest geographical coverage, with around 90 facilities throughout Norway.

    Moment Eiendom has assisted the NG group with advice in connection with establishment of a new head office of approx. 2.000 sqm in Lysaker, a new regional facility for waste management of approx. 7.000 sqm in Stavanger and various other commissions.

    PwC is a worldwide network that offers services in auditing, consulting, accounting, tax and duties for public and privately owned businesses.

    Moment Eiendom advised PwC in contracting its new headquarters of ca. 9.500 sqm in Oslo, where they will work activity based across three floors as of 2019.

    Rambøll has entered into a framework agrement with Moment Eiendom for advice linked to entering into new leases and renegotiations throughout Norway. Delivered projects include an approx. 5.000 m2 new office building in Trondheim, an approx. 2.000 m2 office in Oslo and an approx. 2.500 m2 office in Bergen, and smaller sites in other parts of the country.

    Rejlers is among the largest technical consulting businesses in the Nordic region. The company has 2.000 experts working on projects related to railways, telecom, electric power, electro and energy. Rejlers is growing and is currently present at over 80 locations in Norway, Sweden and Finland.

    Moment Eiendom advised Rejlers with the co-location of three companies in Oslo, and the contracting of a joint headquarters at Skøyen, Oslo.

    The purpose of the Office of the Auditor General (OAG) of Norway is to ensure that the community's resources and assets are used and administered in keeping with the Storting's decisions. They do this through auditing, monitoring and guidance. The OAG has an independent status and reports to the Norwegian parliament.

    Moment Eiendom has assisted the OAG with advice in connection with establishment of a new head office of around 13.000 sqm in the centre of Oslo.

    Skanska CDN (Commercial Development Norway) initiates, develops and invests in commercial property.

    Moment Eiendom has assisted Skanska CDN in finding relevant investment projects in Oslo based on a set of criteria.

    The Norwegian Directorate of Immigration (UDI) is the central agency in the immigration administration. The UDI implements and helps to develop the government’s immigration and refugee policy.

    Moment Eiendom assists with leases throughout Norway. We have, among other things, renegotiated the contract for the head office in Oslo of approx. 10.000 sqm, renegotiated additional premises of 5.000 sqm, and re-located district offices in Kristiansand and Trondheim.
